Lawrence has practiced law for over forty years. His main area of focus is on commercial and individual real estate while also acting as general counsel to a variety of businesses. His practice largely concentrates on the transactional activities of commercial real estate (apartment buildings and shopping centers): purchases; sales; re-financing (representing both borrowers and private lenders); and, leasing(representing both landlords and tenants).

Lawrence is frequently called upon to come up with creative ways to help make deals happen. He handled 1031 exchanges and brought different clients together to purchase properties as Tenants-in-Common where necessary and appropriate. He enjoys connecting people and has helped Join groups of investors to make loans secured by mortgages on properties. He has also managed the collection and distribution of payments for those investors. Lawrence applies his experience, knowledge, and creativity to all deals and transactions in Altum Partner, LLC’s portofolio.
